Sollers intends to complete the development of a new SUV in the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2025 and present a serial version of the model during the same period. This was announced by Zoya Kaika, Deputy General Director of the group, on the sidelines of the Innoprom-2025 exhibition.
According to her, the project, implemented jointly with Chinese partners, is in its final stage.
The installation of welding equipment and an assembly line has been completed at the plant in Ulyanovsk. The modernization of the paint shop and the creation of a press production are currently underway.
The serial production of the car will start in 2026. Production will be organized in a full cycle with stamping of body parts at the facilities of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant.
