Серийное производство уникальных мобильных пунктов забора крови запустил Ростех

The mobile medical unit is equipped with plasmapheresis devices, freezers, and an IIoT monitoring system

The holding company "Rosel" (part of Rostec) has received a registration certificate from Roszdravnadzor for a unique mobile complex for blood collection, transportation, and storage. The development, based on domestic buses, is fully ready for mass production and delivery to Russian regions.

Mobile units are equipped with modern medical equipment, including plasmapheresis devices and specialized freezers for storing blood components.

All processes inside the complex are regulated and monitored remotely thanks to the integration of the IIoT.Istok platform, also developed by "Rosel." This system allows for remote monitoring of equipment status, automatic climate control, tracking of consumables, and scheduling of maintenance.

In a single field session, such a unit can collect up to 40.5 liters of blood and its components. The complex is equipped with a powerful autonomous power system that ensures uninterrupted operation of all equipment for at least eight hours.

It also features a climate control system, allowing it to function effectively in extreme temperature conditions — from -40°C to +40°C. This makes mobile units particularly in demand for work in remote settlements and hard-to-reach regions of the country.

The first vehicles will arrive at Russian medical institutions before the end of this year.
