A rare Lada Largus VIP car was spotted on the roads of Togliatti. The car's body is no different from the regular Largus, but the interior has improved trim, and under the hood is a two-liter engine from the Renault Duster.
Such cars were produced about 10 years ago in limited quantities. They were used by the management of AvtoVAZ. They appeared on the roads almost simultaneously with the Lada Vesta Signature, which is now known as the Lada Aura.
In May of this year, the 50,000th Lada Largus car was assembled at the Lada Izhevsk plant — a 5-seater station wagon in the Cross version in a bright "Captain" color. The event was significant for the plant. It resumed assembling cars on May 15, 2024, after the production was moved from Togliatti.
