The InvestAvto plant has released a class A ambulance based on the Lada Niva with an Extra composite body. Specialists are currently refining the car to make the work of medical personnel and the driver more comfortable.
The car is equipped with a 1.7-liter gasoline engine with a power of 83 horsepower. The car has 4x4 all-wheel drive, a five-speed manual gearbox, independent front suspension and rear leaf spring suspension with shock absorbers and air suspension.
The interior can be accessed through the rear doors or the right side door, and the left side door is designed for unloading gas cylinders.
We ended up with impressive dimensions of the medical compartment (LxWxH): 2.8 meters x 1.6 meters x 1.7 meters.
For comparison: the standard Gazelle Next base has a cabin length of about 3 meters, a width of 1.8 meters, and a height of about 2 meters. The Sobol has a cabin length of 2.5 meters, the same width of 1.8 meters, and a height of 1.5 meters.
Earlier, the Gazelle NN line featured an all-wheel drive ambulance. It has an H3L2 body and a high roof, which allows you to stand in the cabin in full growth. The wheelbase is 3145 mm, the same as regular Gazelles.
