Space freighter "Progress MS-31" weighed and refueled before launch

Pre-flight preparation of the spacecraft continues at the Baikonur Cosmodrome

The "Progress MS-31" cargo spacecraft continues its preparation for launch to the International Space Station (ISS). After successful testing of the solar panels, the spacecraft was cleared for the next stage — refueling with fuel and compressed gases. Refueling is scheduled for June 22, 2025.

In addition, Roscosmos specialists conducted a control weighing and balancing of the spacecraft in the assembly and test building.

The launch of the Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket with "Progress MS-31" is scheduled for July 2025. The spacecraft will deliver about 2.5 tons of cargo to the ISS, including fuel, equipment and materials for the work of cosmonauts. This will be the 184th flight of the "Progress" series of vehicles.

Currently, pre-flight preparation of the spacecraft continues at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. After refueling is completed, "Progress MS-31" will return to site 254 to continue preparing for launch.
