Footage of an inflatable mockup of a combat vehicle of the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun system (SAM) has appeared online. It is designed to equip false positions of anti-aircraft missile forces and reproduce the unmasking features of the SAM combat vehicle.
Many materials were used to make the mockup — polystyrene, PVC, acrylic glass. The weight of the mockup with packaging is 250 kg.
Commentators joke that a drone cannot be fooled by such a mockup, since there are no tires on the system. Thus, they hint at the shelter of Tu-95 and Tu-160 aircraft at airfields with old rubber tires.
