KAMAZ has announced the release of two all-wheel-drive trucks, the KAMAZ-65958 and KAMAZ-65959. The new products have already attracted the attention of potential buyers not only in Russia, but also in Turkey, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
Both models are equipped with dump truck bodies and are designed for operation in quarries. The KAMAZ-65959 has a 6×6 wheel configuration and a gross weight of 35 tons, as well as a P6 engine with a power of 460 hp. The release of a pilot batch of this model is planned for this month.
The more maneuverable KAMAZ-65958 with an 8×8 wheel configuration and a frame length of 9.4 meters can be used for various superstructures and special equipment, including operation in oil and gas fields. The vehicle weighs 44 tons, and the power of the P6 engine is 560 hp.
The cabins of the new trucks are equipped with one sleeping berth and a standard roof. The equipment includes an on-board information system, air conditioning, an autonomous heater, a refrigerator, and a tachograph. The heavyweights have a convenient automated tire inflation system, 500-liter fuel tanks, and tires with a deep tread pattern.
In 2025, KAMAZ has already mastered the assembly of four new models of the K5 generation, and several more new products will roll off the assembly line by the end of the year.
