With the start of the new academic year, the StressLessBuddy chatbot will be launched in Russia, designed to reduce stress and anxiety. The service will be available in the Telegram messenger in October and will offer users a unique approach to managing their psycho-emotional state. It was developed by scientists from Sechenov University.
The chatbot's operation is based on the DASS-21 psychological test. The user answers seven questions, after which the algorithms analyze the data and determine the level of stress and anxiety. Based on the results, the system offers the most suitable autogenic training sessions to help cope with negative emotions.
Users will be able to independently choose training sessions depending on their needs. Options include exercises to eliminate stress, reduce arousal, optimize the body's condition, and restore energy. There is also a training aimed at increasing the sensitivity of the psyche to certain stimuli, which allows you to create an "anchor" for relaxation and better perceive positive signals.
According to Russian developers, each session lasts about five minutes. During this time, the user listens to the voice of a psychologist, accompanied by calm music, which helps to follow the instructions and immerse themselves in the process. This approach makes classes accessible and convenient for people with different levels of employment.
