«Аршином» измерят: Ростех представил цифровую платформу для метрологии с ИИ-функционалом

The new system from "RT-Tekhpriemka" reduces the risk of errors and increases the accuracy of operations up to 99%

At the anniversary conference CIPR-2025, the state corporation Rostec presented a digital platform for managing metrological support at industrial enterprises. The development of "RT-Tekhpriemka" has already been tested at several factories, showing a 35% increase in the efficiency of specialized services.

The system combines disparate processes into a single digital space, allowing real-time equipment monitoring, management of the fleet of measuring instruments, and automation of document flow. The platform is integrated with the state systems "Arshin" and Rosaccreditation, which ensures traceability and data accuracy.

A key feature is the modular architecture, which allows the solution to be implemented both at a single enterprise and across entire holdings. Artificial intelligence helps analyze data, minimizing the influence of the human factor.

Economic growth is impossible without technological breakthroughs, and today digital metrological support is becoming a strategic resource on which the development of industry across the country is built. According to the results of pilot testing at enterprises, the digital metrological platform we have developed increases the efficiency of specialized services by 35%. Digitalization of processes reduces the risk of errors, minimizes the influence of the human factor, and increases the accuracy of operations to 96–99%. This contributes to deeper integration with internal tasks and also solves the issue of import substitution of IT products. The project has received intellectual property registration, which emphasizes its relevance.

Pilot tests were conducted at ten industrial enterprises, where users noted the stability of the system and ease of real-time operation. In the future, the platform will receive new functions and regular updates.

CIPR-2025, where the presentation took place, is being held in Nizhny Novgorod from June 2 to 5, bringing together more than 10,500 participants and 800 speakers.
