Fplus showcased two domestic smartphones, Alcor and Mitsar, at the CIPR-2025 conference.

Fplus "Alcor" and "Mitsar" Smartphones

Both models are equipped with Russian operating systems "Aurora" version 5.1 and "Red OS M". They are intended for use in government institutions and the corporate sector, and the devices will not be available for retail sale.

The smartphones are assembled in the Moscow region using Chinese components, such as MediaTek Helio G99 processors. In 2026, it is planned to include the models in the register of domestic equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Fplus plans to produce about 50,000 devices per year. The smartphones will be distributed through B2G and B2B channels, targeting government and corporate customers. The cost of the devices will be determined individually depending on the volume of purchases.

Technical specifications of the models:

  • "Mitsar": a flagship model with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display (Full HD+), 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory, a 108 MP main camera, a 32 MP front camera, and a 4600 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging support.
  • "Alcor": a budget version with a 6.67-inch IPS display (Full HD), 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory, a 50 MP main camera, a 24 MP front camera, and a 5000 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging support.

Both models support the installation of applications through the Russian RuStore store or using APK files. "Red OS M" is compatible with Android applications, while "Aurora" has a limited selection of applications but supports Android program emulation.
