Takeoff of the Tu-95MS "Bear" bomber filmed from the cockpit for the first time: unique footage

The multi-ton combat vehicle's ascent into the air was filmed by the co-pilot

A video has appeared online of the takeoff of a strategic bomber-missile carrier of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) Tu-95MS, filmed by the right pilot from the cockpit.

To the loud roar of the world's four most powerful turboprop NK-12 engines and eight six-meter propellers, the plane moves and slowly accelerates.

At a low visual speed, the bomber takes off from the ground. The tone of the engines changes, the Tu-95 slowly gains altitude. The city outskirts float past the cockpit windows, then waterlogged meadows.

50 seconds after takeoff, the crew reports: "Flaps retracted," and the bomber continues to climb.

Tu-95MS (NATO classification - Bear) is a strategic bomber-missile carrier. It is designed to destroy important targets in remote military-geographical areas and in the deep rear of continental theaters of operations with conventional and nuclear weapons.

Earlier www1.ru reported that UAC showed the unique S-76 vertical takeoff UAV live for the first time.
