In 2025, 45% of employees in Russian companies are already using artificial intelligence, and more than half of managers plan to implement AI in the near future. This leap in technological development was recorded by Ingate Group in a large-scale study.
The successes of large enterprises are particularly impressive — there, the proportion of managers with an advanced level of AI proficiency has grown from 51% to 68% in just one year. At the same time, 66% of all surveyed businessmen intend to invest in the development of artificial intelligence, and 17% have already done so.
The most popular tasks for AI are working with texts (69% of companies), creating images (67%) and processing data (42%). Neural networks are also actively used for generating ideas (40%) and communicating with clients (31%).
Despite the overall growth, only 12% of specialists rate their knowledge in the field of AI as high. Most employees prefer to learn on their own (34%) or in specialized courses (38%). Large companies are more willing to pay for staff training — 23% versus 10% in small businesses.
