РОСЭЛ увеличил производство в 2,5 раза: как модернизация помогла нарастить выпуск электроники

In 2024, Rostec's enterprise achieved a record increase in production due to a large-scale equipment upgrade

The ROSEL Holding (part of the Rostec State Corporation) announced a significant increase in production indicators in 2024. Thanks to a large-scale technical re-equipment, production increased by 2.5 times, and the number of machines in the production circuit reached 70 thousand units. This allowed the holding's enterprises to increase capacity by 8 million standard hours per year.

ROSEL remains a key player in the Russian microwave electronics market, holding more than 50% of this segment. The holding's technologies are used in radar, satellite communications, telecommunications, and medical diagnostics. In addition, ROSEL's enterprises produce almost 20% of the domestic electronic component base (ECB), including resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits.

We have carried out a large-scale technical re-equipment of radio-electronic industry assets. Now our enterprises are at a completely different qualitative level in terms of modern equipment.
Sergey Sakhnenko, General Director of ROSEL, member of the bureau of the Russian Engineering Union

Our holding has also significantly expanded the range of products: the number of types of domestic component base elements has been increased, we have switched to domestic software in almost all segments with critical information infrastructure, and the most important instrument niches are occupied by Russian companies," said the General Director of ROSEL, member of the bureau of the Russian Engineering Union.

The holding has switched to domestic software in critical segments and strengthened its position in instrument engineering, Sakhnenko noted.

In 2024, the holding completed 35 civilian R&D projects and launched 46 new products. Among them are a video camera for operation in the area of a nuclear reactor, space switches, and a high-precision probe station for testing microcircuits.
