The consulting company Get experts conducted a survey among working Russians on the topic of AI implementation. It turned out that 63% of employees are convinced that neural networks do not threaten their careers. Russians believe that it will take a long time for the full implementation of neural networks.
Only 2% of respondents stated that AI poses a danger to their professions. The rest expect changes in the next three to five years (6%), in six to ten years (9%) or in more than ten years (11%).
The survey also showed that not very many Russians use AI in their work yet. Only 21% of respondents. The most common areas of application were - information retrieval (51%), content creation (45%) and performing routine tasks (41%).
In 2024, 57% of companies were engaged in automating business processes, while 22% do not plan to do so in 2025.
Experts note that the introduction of AI is changing traditional roles in the labor market. Employers require employees to have skills in working with new technologies and managing AI tools. The importance of communication skills and creativity is also increasing.
