Kalashnikov's Failed Electric Car Put Up for Sale for a Million Rubles

The Izh CV-1 concept car is equipped with a domestically developed inverter

The Izh CV-1 concept car from the Kalashnikov concern has appeared for sale in Russia from a private individual. The car, based on the retro body of the IZH-21252 Combi, was presented at the Army forum in 2018.

This model features a domestically produced electric motor with a nominal power of 200 kW (272 hp). The car also received a domestically developed inverter, and the battery is assembled on modules of a Tesla battery, the assembly is controlled by domestic software.

After taking all the readings and performing calculations, the car was sent to the warehouse. The electric motor and inverter were dismantled, but they are available and require installation. A cooling system and a number of parts are also missing, for example, the accelerator pedal.

The car is located in Neftekamsk, the price is 1,000,000 rubles. In the summer of 2024, the cost was two million rubles higher.
