The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia warned about scammers who send SMS messages about logging into the "Gosuslugi" account. The ministry said that notifications about logging into the account can only come to e-mail from the official address.
Gosuslugi sends notifications about logging into your account only if you have subscribed to them yourself in the "Security" section on the portal. In this case, each time you log into your account, an email comes to the email address linked to Gosuslugi from no-reply@gosuslugi.ru. Such information is not sent in SMS.
The ministry recommends not opening letters from other addresses. It is important to check the sender of the email and always make sure the link is correct. The official address of Gosuslugi is gosuslugi.ru.
In addition, it is recommended to install applications only from trusted sources and use antivirus programs.
