The Russian Ministry of Defense has filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover more than 390 million rubles in penalties from the joint-stock company "Concern Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant" (KEMZ) for improper deliveries of universal bridge structures.
The court accepted the application and set a date for a preliminary hearing. The amount of the claims is 390.2 million rubles.
JSC "Concern KEMZ" is an electromechanical plant specializing in the development and manufacture of aircraft diagnostic and ground control systems, and the production of airborne and mounted equipment.
In March, KEMZ specialists developed a multi-purpose missile system (ATGM) "Solist" for the military, equipped with a tactical missile with a bispectral optoelectronic homing head (GOS).
