At the "Motovesna 2025" exhibition, the Russian company Rival Electro presented a new line of electric boat motors.
According to company representatives, the new series includes motors with a power of 9.9 horsepower. At the same time, a 4 kW engine actually provides up to 15 horsepower. With the right settings, it can develop up to 20 hp.
Rival Electro demonstrated a large motor designed for 20 kW, which corresponds to approximately 60 horsepower and can deliver slightly more power. One of the main advantages of these motors is that electric motors start working immediately and deliver full power, which makes them environmentally friendly, silent, and efficient.
The company noted that, depending on the tasks, the customer will be able to choose the optimal class of motor suitable for a specific application.
