Система удалённого мониторинга здоровья IoMT.Istok попала в реестр отечественного ПО Минцифры

Inclusion in the register confirms full localization of development in Russia

The IoMT.Istok digital platform, developed by Ruselectronics Holding (part of the Rostec State Corporation), has been included in the register of Russian software of the Ministry of Digital Development.

The solution will form the basis of the federal project "Personal Medical Assistants," allowing doctors to remotely monitor the condition of patients with chronic diseases and pregnant women.

The system integrates data from more than 230,000 medical devices, from blood pressure monitors to glucometers. Indicators are transmitted in real time to the information systems of medical institutions, where algorithms analyze the dynamics. In case of critical deviations, doctors receive alerts and can adjust therapy without an in-person appointment. Pilot projects have now been launched in the Moscow, Astrakhan, and Vladimir regions, as well as the Altai, Bashkortostan, and Yakutia Republics.

The technological core of IoMT.Istok was created by NPP Istok named after Shokin. The platform provides end-to-end integration: from data collection from devices to their processing in automated workplaces of medical professionals. Inclusion in the register confirms full localization of development — from rights to the code to the use of components.

Since 2023, over 31,000 patients have connected to the system. Each of them can simultaneously use several devices, for example, to control blood pressure and sugar levels. In the future, the platform will be scaled to all regions of Russia.
