Sales of Lada Niva Legend SUVs have resumed in Slovakia, despite the complex international situation. Recently, a new batch of these cars arrived in the city of Trnava, where the official dealer began selling them.
The car is valued for its reliability, ease of maintenance, and excellent off-road capabilities. The model, virtually unchanged since Soviet times, continues to attract the attention of European consumers. The export of Lada Niva to Europe remains one of the few examples of successful participation of Russian cars in the EU market.
In 2020, Lada sales in the European Union ceased due to the tightening of carbon dioxide emission standards. At that time, for passenger cars of one brand, the average emission rate was required not to exceed 95 g/km, which for gasoline engines corresponds to a fuel consumption of about 4.09 l/100 km.
