The Citydrive short-term car rental service has launched the FMS App mobile application, designed to automate the tasks of employees servicing the vehicle fleet.
The program is available on iOS and Android, combining management tools into a single interface. According to the company, this is part of a strategy to digitalize workflows.
Previously, employees used up to three different applications to coordinate actions, which slowed down the completion of tasks. The new platform allows you to track tasks in real time, monitor the condition of cars, plan movements and use navigation with an interactive map. During testing, the processing time for requests was reduced by 32%, and after full implementation, the figure may reach 50%.
The goal of the project is to reduce the burden on personnel by automating routine operations. This will allow employees to focus on maintenance and improving the quality of services.
