Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ) is developing new models of forestry equipment Belarus ML-131M and Belarus MLPT-344M, designed for transporting logs and loading and transport operations. This was reported by the company's press service.
The new forestry machines will replace outdated models of transport and loading equipment. In the future, their serial assembly is possible at the enterprises of "MTZ-HOLDING".
The company also plans to establish the production of small tracked vehicles and modernize large tracked tractors.
Characteristics of the forestry machine Belarus ML-131M: engine — D-245.2S2 (power 120 hp), operating weight — 14,830 kg, lifting capacity — 10,000 kg, boom reach 8.11 m.
