In Russia, a mobile complex for protecting objects from drones, the "Barrier AUTO," has been developed. The system was developed by the company "Rubezh-Engineering" and is designed to block mobile radio communication systems and wireless access systems, including radio control, navigation, and telemetry channels of UAVs.
The "Barrier AUTO" EW system for vehicles operates in manual and automatic modes, creating radio interference in 10 main bands using 20 transmitters, providing both omnidirectional and directional suppression.
The complex is installed on various types of transport or stationary objects in 10-15 minutes and can be used in motion, in parking lots, and in the field.
The suppression radius is 50-100 meters, and the modular design allows the system to be adapted to new threats. Power can be supplied from the vehicle's electrical system, batteries, or generators.
Earlier,www1.ru reported that an innovative "Owl-13" reconnaissance drone with rapid frequency switching was developed in Russia.
