Russians spend an average of 31.2 thousand rubles on car servicing in winter, and the most popular service is oil change (used by 42% of respondents). The data were obtained as a result of a study by analysts at Avito Advertising and Avito Goods, in which 10 thousand respondents participated.

About a quarter of the survey participants (22%) who own a car visit the service station every six months. Almost every fifth respondent (19%) visits the service station quarterly, and 15% of car owners visit once or twice a year.
In winter, the demand for certain types of work remains and even grows: for example, from December to January 2025, Russians were 49% more likely to seek washing and body care, 20% for tuning, 13% increased demand for body repair, and scheduled maintenance became especially popular this year.
For 55% of survey participants, the cost of services is the main criterion when choosing a car service. Also, most respondents noted that they most often pay attention to advertising of car services on classifieds sites (23%) and outdoor advertising (23%).
Among the services, the first place is occupied by oil change, which was noted by 42% of respondents. In second place is tire fitting (39%), and in third place is car diagnostics (29%). 25% of respondents turned to the car service for fluid replacement, and 24% of study participants for regular maintenance.
Earlier www1.ru reported that car services faced a shortage of parts due to the growth in sales of used cars.
