Car dealerships have started receiving Lada Vesta cars with a six-speed manual gearbox. Those who want to buy one will have to pay up to two million rubles for the car, depending on the configuration, journalist Maxim Kadakov said.
A Lada Vesta sedan with a 6-speed manual gearbox in various configurations will cost from 1,786,500 to 1,801,500 rubles.
The Vesta Cross sedan is estimated at a price from 1,987,500 to 2,007,500 rubles. The Vesta SW station wagon will cost from 1,916,500 to 1,931,500 rubles. Prices for the Vesta SW Cross cross-station wagon range from 2,203,500 to 2,223,500 rubles.
The new version of the Lada Vesta received a six-speed manual gearbox with a locking ring on the lever to prevent accidental engagement of reverse gear. The new gearbox also uses a reverse gear synchronizer. The transmission's lifespan is up to 500 thousand km, compared to 400 thousand km for the native VAZ "five-speed".
