The Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant (KMZ), a military-industrial holding, will manufacture a batch of ADJ8.1-BK diesel generator sets for the Nizhny Novgorod Research Institute (NII) of Radio Engineering. This was reported by the holding's press service.
The power plants are designed for all-weather conditions and can be operated at ambient temperatures from -50 to +50 ℃. Their autonomous operation time at 70% load of the rated power is up to 22 hours without refueling.
