Концерн уже планирует изготовление опытных образцов изделия

The Kalashnikov concern plans to complete testing of the new Kub-SM kamikaze drone complex, which allows them to be used in a swarm format, by the end of 2025, according to the concern's director, Alan Lushnikov.

Kub-SM with loitering munitions

According to him, the Kub-SM has become a fundamentally new product for the company with guided loitering munitions.

In fact, the customer receives an all-inclusive service: reconnaissance, engagement, objective control, and adjustment. In fact, we are talking about the swarm use of guided munitions. Therefore, this solution will be in demand by customers for use in large-scale operations, when it comes to not single targets, but, for example, a column of armored vehicles.
Alan Lushnikov, Director of the Kalashnikov Concern

The Kub-SM consists of 14 guided munitions in transport and launch containers and a reconnaissance repeater based on an unmanned aerial vehicle.

The Kub-SM can be used against unarmored and lightly armored military equipment, elements of command posts, divisions of anti-aircraft missile systems and manpower in personal protective equipment, as well as air defense and anti-missile defense facilities, rear facilities and launch positions of drones.
