Ситуация критическая!: РЖД отказывается принимать цистерны с нефтепродуктами у нефтепереработчиков России

The reason is the non-presentation of goods for transportation in the agreed directions

Oil refiners in Russia are facing serious logistical problems. The difficulties are related to the refusal of Russian Railways to accept loaded tank cars with petroleum products.

According to market participants, in some cases, more than 40% of the daily loading volume is not accepted. This may cause disruption of supplies to the domestic market.

The company "RN-Trans" (part of "Rosneft") reported a critical situation with the acceptance of wagons at the Samara Group of Refineries and the Angarsk Petrochemical Company. As of January 28, 498 wagons were awaiting processing, which is 47% of those not accepted for transportation at the Samara Group of Refineries and 41% at ANKhK.

Other oil companies are also experiencing difficulties. Igor Derevitsky, Head of Ground Transportation at Gazprom Neft, warned of the risks of supplying fuel to Russian consumers in February due to Russian Railways' refusal to plan the transportation of petroleum products.

In response to these complaints, Russian Railways stated that the transportation of petroleum products is under special control and has priority in coordinating shipments. However, according to their data, "RN-Trans" did not submit more than 450 thousand tons of agreed volumes for transportation, which also caused the plan to fail.

The reasons for the shortfall need to be considered comprehensively, examining each specific case, since the implementation of the plan depends not only on the capabilities of Russian Railways.
Press service of Russian Railways

Russian Railways emphasized that the non-presentation of goods for transportation in the agreed directions is the main cause of the problems.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that more than 2,500 new wagons cannot be used due to the refusal of Russian Railways to accept them on its network.
