New SWM G01 crossover with manual control rolls off the Avtotor assembly line in Kaliningrad

The car is designed for people with disabilities

The Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad has successfully launched the production of SWM G01 crossovers with manual control. The first batch of 200 cars rolled off the assembly line earlier this month.

These cars of the Chinese brand are designed for people with limited mobility and differ from standard models in the presence of a control lever located to the right of the steering wheel.

The crossover is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 138 hp and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, which provides good dynamics and driving comfort.

SWM G01 became the second model with manual control, which was mastered at the Avtotor plant. Last year, a similar BAIC U5 Plus sedan was produced here in pilot mode.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the SWM G01 crossover in the top configuration turned out to be cheaper than the Lada Vesta Sportline.
