Russian courts have warned citizens about fraudsters who call posing as court employees.
Judicial authorities may contact participants in the process solely to notify them of the date, time, and place of the court hearing, the readiness to issue copies of court decisions or enforcement documents, and to clarify organizational issues related to participation in court proceedings.
Real court employees will never request bank card details, codes from SMS messages, or other personal information. They also do not resolve financial issues over the phone.
