A very rare "eight" for the European market in excellent condition is being sold in the Bryansk region for 435,000 rubles.
The VAZ-2108 from 1987, brought from Germany in 1990, was used only in the summer until 1995. Then it was mothballed using anti-corrosion treatment.
The owner completely restored the car after a long period of inactivity. The car's mileage is about 54 thousand km.
The unique VAZ-2108 features an updated front end, is equipped with three-spoke wheels, and has a "5-Speed" badge on the trunk lid, as well as German stickers. The equipment includes a carburetor 1.3-liter engine with 64 hp, working with a 5-speed manual transmission. The optics are made in Czechoslovakia, and the glasses are made in Sweden.
During the restoration process, the owner replaced the exhaust system, updated all fluids, suspension struts, hoses and rubber parts, and also installed a new generator, starter, battery, timing belts and rollers, both radiators and a heater motor.
