Unique combat simulator for UAV operators created in Russia

The program helps drone operators adapt to real combat conditions in advance

The Burevestnik unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) unit has developed a combat simulator. The program allows simulating the operational situation in a game form on a computer.

The author-developer, Burevestnik instructor with the call sign Ken, noted that drone pilots learn to work not with a virtual, but with a real situation at the front.

When students leave our training center and go to perform real tasks, they will already have a clear picture in their heads of where the enemy is, how they behave, and what to do next.

The developer added that the simulator dynamically models various combat conditions, including changes in wind and time of day.

A key element of the training methodology is the ability to dynamically model various situations. In the process, you can make changes to the scenario, adding new weather conditions, such as rain or fog.
