Russian Post has significantly improved the quality of service and increased the level of comfort for visitors through the introduction of modern digital technologies. With the help of QR codes, visitors receive parcels three times faster than with the standard procedure for verifying identity by documents.
More than 1,000 post offices now have self-service zones where you can send letters and parcels without the help of an operator. In addition, Russian Post has launched instant money transfers to other countries: Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Israel.
In 2024, Russian Post modernized its application and website pochta.ru. Now all functions are available in one interface. The Russian Post application is used by 8.9 million people every month.
Last year, we made significant progress by speeding up service and introducing more useful services for our customers, simplifying the work of employees. This year, the course towards the transformation of Russian Post will continue.
Russian Post is actively developing partnerships with marketplaces: in 22,000 branches, customers can receive goods purchased on Yandex Market, and in 32,000 branches, orders placed on Ozon.
In October 2024, Russian Post and Wildberries launched the first 250 pick-up points in post offices. By the end of the year, their number had increased to more than 6,000.
Earlier, Russian Post launched a new service that allows you to receive parcels from Avito at partner points. A pilot project has been launched in 70 branches located in 33 cities of Russia.
