"Rolf" to End Cooperation with Kaiyi, BAIC, and Sollers?: Dealer Names Reason

Car dealer "Rolf" will cease cooperation with three brands with their own factories in Russia

Russia's largest car dealer, Rolf, will end cooperation with three brands: Kaiyi, BAIC, and Sollers. This was reported by auto journalist Sergei Tsyganov, citing representatives of the dealer. According to him, Rolf considers these brands to be "garbage."

Cooperation between Rolf and the Russian brand Evolute is also in question, according to Tsyganov. Allegedly, company director Svetlana Vinogradova informed employees of plans to stop working with Evolute in December 2024.

Later, Rolf denied refusing to cooperate with Evolute. Representatives of the dealer reported that interaction with the company will continue.

Cars of all the mentioned brands are produced in Russia: Kaiyi and BAIC are assembled at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad, Sollers produces commercial vehicles and trucks at several sites, and Evolute produces its electric vehicles and hybrids in Lipetsk.
