The company "Device Consulting" has developed a "flying wing" type drone called "Yachi". The drone is currently undergoing testing. It can be used for monitoring territories and delivering cargo. This was announced by the Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Kirill Polyakov.
"Device Consulting" participates in the project of SPC BAS "Technopark of St. Petersburg". The company received a grant of 30 million rubles from the Fund of the National Technological Initiative for the development of the "Yachi" drone.
"Yachi1" characteristics:
- Flight duration — up to 60 min
- Flight speed — up to 60 km/h
- Range — up to 10 km
- Flight altitude — up to 3000 m
- Weight without battery — 1450 g
- Payload weight — 1000 g
- Engine — electric
- Operating temperatures — from -20 to +40 ℃
