The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region ordered Eduard Gurinovich, the creator of the game Hamster Kombat, to pay 2.5 million rubles to Viktor Shkursky, a businessman from Tyumen, for failure to fulfill the terms of the contract.
