From January 1, 2025, Rosbank became part of T-Bank. The merger caused technical failures.

The transfer of accounts was accompanied by incorrect display of balances, and in some cases, erroneous accrual of fines and financial losses. Customers report the unavailability of some funds and early closure of deposits with loss of interest.

T-Bank acknowledged the difficulties due to the integration of Rosbank data, collected on different platforms over 30 years, but claims that less than 0.1% of customers have experienced problems. However, as of January 8, all failures had not been resolved.

Lawyers remind that customers are entitled to a refund, compensation for damages and moral harm. Banks usually resolve such disputes pre-trial, providing bonuses.
