A unique Soviet-era handmade car "Yuna", built on the base of GAZ-24 ("Volga"), is again offered for sale.
The car, which is the result of the work of engineer Yuri Algebraistov, has noticeably decreased in price over several months of searching for a new owner. If in August 2024 the price of the car was 6,000,000 rubles, now it has been reduced to 4,250,000 rubles.
The idea of creating the "Yuna" car came to the engineer after watching the movie "Pretty Woman". The film featured a Lotus Esprit sports car with a similar appearance.
Instead of the standard ZMZ engine that was installed on the "Volga", a BMW engine with a capacity of 195 hp was installed in the car. This engine is paired with an automatic transmission. The name "Yuna" combines the initials of Yuri and his wife Natalia Algebraistova. The car has a mileage of 100,000 km.
