At the "ODK-STAR" enterprise, specializing in the production of units for gas turbine engines, a small-sized gas turbine engine for fixed-wing drones has been developed and fully assembled for the first time. In December, the first test launch of this engine was successfully conducted.
The production of such small-sized gas turbine engines for unmanned aerial vehicles will be organized within the framework of the "Parma-BAS" scientific and production center. To implement the project, the Perm Krai will receive a federal subsidy of 552.8 million rubles.
The project includes the creation of production lines for gas turbine engines, as well as the development of a line of electric motors, aviation power systems, and intelligent designs for unmanned aerial systems.
