Users of the popular banking application "SberBank Online" have received a free AI assistant GigaChat MAX. The new search with AI assistant is available to all users with application version not lower than 16.0 for iOS, not lower than 16.1 for Android OS. It works not only with finance-related questions, but also with everyday tasks of the client.
The usual navigation inside the application has not disappeared either - it is still available through the search bar. In addition to this, artificial intelligence, for example, will answer a question about the limit on cash withdrawals, tell you what a letter of credit and compound interest are. Since GigaChat MAX is trained on many domains of knowledge, you can not limit yourself to banking topics, but ask any questions, for example, how to properly pet a dog, choose products for the holiday table, what to do if you forgot to buy gifts for the New Year.
Sber promises that they will continue to develop this service to help Russians solve everyday and banking issues even faster.
