24 supersonic 3M55 Onyx missiles, subsonic strategic cruise missiles 3M14T Kalibr-NK, or hypersonic two-stage cruise missiles 3M22 Kinzhal will be able to be launched simultaneously from universal vertical launchers 3S14 of the UKSK universal missile systems being prepared for operational combat readiness and acceptance into service with the Black Sea Fleet by three small missile ships of project 22800 Karakurt.
In addition to the ability to strike at the enemy's rear hubs with the above-mentioned types of missiles, these ships will be able to be covered by four-channel combat modules ZRPK Pantsir-M / Palitsa, intercepting anti-ship missiles and other air attack weapons with speeds up to 1000 m/s.
The firing performance of single combat modules on each ship is up to 12 intercepted targets per minute. The ships will also be equipped with multifunctional X-band radar "Zaslon" based on four-sided X-oriented active phased arrays, controlled by the Sigma-E combat information and control system.
The ships will also be equipped with an optical-television complex MTK-201M-S1, radar MR-123-02/3 of the Bagira artillery fire control system, an MP-405-1 electronic warfare complex, and a Centaur-NM communication complex with an information transfer rate of 4.8 to 512 kbit/s.
