The Russian naval nuclear force grouping has been completely updated, and this remains a priority for the Russian Federation. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev.
According to him, nuclear forces have been and will be the guarantor of state security at the global level.
The level of readiness and condition of Russia's naval nuclear forces is at the highest level. The presence of such a powerful grouping in the region should increase the measure of responsibility of all countries located in the Arctic region, especially those who seek to bring the situation in the region to certain tensions.
Moiseev noted that NATO countries have changed the nature of exercises in the Arctic region. Now they perform offensive, not defensive, tasks.
