Теперь точно: роуминг между Россией и Белоруссией отменили на президентском уровне

The document was signed by Putin and Lukashenko

Russia and Belarus will finally abolish roaming from March 1, 2025. The document was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.

It is expected that in the allied country, tariffs will be similar to those in the home network. At the same time, subscribers will be able to take advantage of at least 300 minutes of free incoming voice calls and at least 5 gigabytes of data per month.

Work on abolishing roaming between Russia and Belarus has been going on for more than a year. In 2019, a plan was signed for a phased abandonment of roaming between these countries.

Earlier, at a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, the Russian President announced a decision to establish affordable prices for communication services and data transmission in both countries. He noted that the new rules will come into effect on March 1, 2025.

The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, reported that the conditions would correspond to the tariffs in effect in the home network. This will allow subscribers to save on service fees and communicate more. In the near future, operators of the Republic of Belarus will change roaming tariffs to a "comfortable" level.
