The company "Promtech" presented several new medical vehicles, including updated versions of the popular LADA Largus and Lada Vesta SW Cross models, as well as a new armored minibus based on the Russian "Kapitan" chassis.
The "Kapitan" minibus is equipped with concealed armor and a van with an armored capsule and a 23-millimeter thick windshield, capable of protecting against fire from a Kalashnikov assault rifle. This minibus can also be used as an ambulance thanks to the all-wheel drive version of the chassis, which allows for the effective evacuation of the wounded, using the vehicle's off-road capabilities.
In addition, an adapted LADA Largus was presented, which is now equipped with a rotating front seat to facilitate the boarding of patients with disabilities. The car is equipped with a manual control system, as well as a box for a wheelchair with an electric loading mechanism, which can be installed on any car model. Such a Largus is capable of accommodating a medical team and a patient on a stretcher.
The interior of the LADA Vesta SW Cross is similarly adapted, with folding stretchers. If there is no need to transport a bedridden patient, two seated passengers can be accommodated in the cabin.
