Ilya Menshchikov, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, with the participation of a team of scientists and engineers, has created a unique system for the rapid refueling of gas-powered vehicles. This was reported by the press service of the "Leaders of Russia" competition.
The scientist emphasized that the new system is based on nanoporous adsorbents. The gas compression method occurs at a lower pressure compared to similar technologies. Thanks to this, the development is more economical and safe.
The project authors are also working on creating a new type of filling station with reduced energy consumption.
With the help of APG, it is more profitable to gasify small consumers in areas where there is no pipeline, and it is impractical to lay it. We have developed a mobile terminal that can be filled with gas, loaded onto a platform and transported to the place of consumption.
In the near future, it is planned to adapt, certify and standardize the development for entering the Russian market.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Wildberries and Russ launched their network of gas stations.
