As part of the festival «Our Mussorgsky. From the depths...», dedicated to the 185th anniversary of the birth of the great composer, live broadcasts of performances from all stages of the Bolshoi Theater will be held on the «VK Video» video hosting.
The event, which will take place from November 26 to December 5, promises a unique opportunity to see the premiere screenings of the operas «Khovanshchina», «Sorochinskaya Yarmarka», «Marriage», «Salambo» and «Boris Godunov». Famous performers such as Ildar Abdrazakov, Elchin Azizov, Vladislav Sulimsky and other soloists of the Mariinsky and Bolshoi Theaters will take part in the performances, and Valery Gergiev will take over the conducting.
For those who cannot attend the performances in the theater, the festival on «VK Video» will offer a convenient way to enjoy art from the comfort of your home. Ticket prices for performances at the Bolshoi Theater range from 2,500 to 20,000 rubles, depending on the location and stage.
Earlier it became known that the Bolshoi Theater began selling exclusive tickets for the ballet «The Nutcracker», the price of which is 50 million rubles. These tickets are intended for clients of large corporations and will not be sold en masse.
