Moscow court fined Google 3.8 million rubles

The reason for the penalties is the failure to remove prohibited information

The Tagansky Court of Moscow imposed a fine on Google. This was reported by the Telegram channel of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.

By the decree of the Tagansky District Court of the city of Moscow, "Google LLC" was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the procedure for restricting access to information, access to which is subject to restriction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on information).

The amount of penalties is 3.8 million rubles.

It is worth noting that an attempt to fine the company was noted earlier. In October of this year, the Russian court imposed a fine on Google in the amount of two undecillion rubles. The reason for this decision was the refusal to restore the blocked accounts of Russian users.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Google servers may be confiscated in Russia due to non-payment of a debt of 10 billion rubles.
