Российский взрывозащищённый двигатель представили в Москве

It has 100% localization in Russia

The development of Siberian Electrotechnical Plant LLC was assessed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at the international export forum "Made in Russia."

The company's booth featured a 3D model of an explosion-proof electric motor used in mechanical engineering, the fuel and energy sector, and the mining industry. According to the manufacturer, it has 100% localization in Russia.

For over 80 years, the Siberian Electrotechnical Plant has been among the leading manufacturers of electric motors with a capacity of 0.15 kW to 8 MW for various industries. These include asynchronous and synchronous electric motors, and DC generators with high technical characteristics according to all quality standards. The company's partners are Gazprom, Severstal, Rosneft, Novatek, Tatneft, Lukoil, MMK, NLMK, Norilsk Nickel, and other industry giants.

Mishustin was also shown developments by the machine-building division of the Rosatom State Corporation and other enterprises. In particular, he was shown a model of a floating power unit from Rosatom for coastal and remote regions of Russia. Such a power unit provides a highly predictable electricity tariff without being tied to the price of hydrocarbons and with no CO2 emissions.
