The Obninsk Research and Production Enterprise "Tekhnologiya" named after A.G. Romashin, which is part of the state corporation, and its constituent parts, the Ural Research Institute of Chemistry and the Research Institute of Polymers named after Academician V.A. Kargin, will present these developments to the public for the first time. The demonstration will be held at the international forum "BIOPROM: Industry and Technologies for Humans", which will be held in Gelendzhik from October 7 to 8.
Sanctions and the departure of foreign manufacturers have hit many industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals and even the cosmetics industry. Our task is to help the country and create domestic solutions to replace imported ones. Today we are showing dozens of our developments at BIOPROM. Among them are ingredients for cosmetics, developed by order of Russian manufacturers. In 2025, we plan to double the production of these components.
All these ingredients are completely domestic. For example, these are components for decorative cosmetics, on the basis of which you can produce shadows, pencils and other popular cosmetics. And components for the production of creams, shampoos, ointments based on acrylic copolymers - also using only Russian raw materials. The capacity of the subsidiary of the state corporation allows to produce up to 5600 tons of products per year.
