The violations were discovered during tenders for the provision of printing services organized for state bodies of the Moscow region. The Moscow Regional Center for Information and Communication Technologies and Netvorks LLC are suspected of collusion. The companies participated in an auction for printing, copying and scanning services with a contract worth 71.79 million rubles.
